Ultra lite bunk house that sleeps 10 comfortably and can be pulled by your SUV! The spacious layout is perfect for family trips, especially when you request it to be fully furnished, to local lakes and state parks or even across the country!Please make sure your vehicle can tow up to 7,000lbs! You Must have a brake controller, hitch receiver, and 7 pin trailer hookup on your vehicle upon arrival. We will provide the weight distribution/anti-sway hitch.Take the whole family with this 2017 Keystone Passport triple slide, two bedroom bunkhouse. This lovely camper comes complete with a queen bed, three bunk beds, flip-over futons, tri-fold sleeper sofa, kitchen island, outdoor kitchen & fridge, dual-upgraded 15,000 BTU A/C, outdoor shower, and 19' powered awning, fully heated and enclosed underbelly, fiberglass exterior, aluminum structure, aluminum wheels, very well equipped. Has an AM/FM/CD/DVD player, indoor & outdoor speakers and an upgraded 32" LCD TV. Sleeps 10.As you enter to your right is a handy closet. To your left is the kitchen that provides everything you need to prepare and provide meals for your family and guests. There is a slide out refrigerator, counter space, overhead cabinets, and three burner range. A pantry is next to the slide for easy storage of your dry goods and cooking ingredients. The kitchen island includes a double sink for easy cleanup. You also have the luxury of an outside kitchen too. This is located beneath the bunk beds on the curbside. The outside kitchen offers a refrigerator, counter top for prep space, and a single pull-out sink and two burner stove top.The living area features a large slide out fold-down sofa with overhead cabinets, and u-shaped dinette for meal time or hanging out. Both can be made quickly into additional sleeping space at night. The entertainment center is conveniently located on the interior half wall next to the dinette.The bath is next to the front bedroom. There is corner shower, sink, toilet, and second entrance into the bedroom. The front bedroom features a queen size bed, dual wardrobes for clothing, plus overhead storage.The rear bunkhouse will be a favorite hang out for the kids. There is a slide out 32" x 74" top bunk with flip-over futons below on the right. On the left side find 32" x 74" set of bunks, and a wardrobe with TV shelf on the rear wall.The outside pass-through storage up front provides extra space for all of your outdoor camping gear, and so much more!Pickup/drop-off - When booking, please tell us what time works for you to pickup and drop-off the trailer. We are available between 9am & 7pm. We will need about 30 mins to sign paperwork, tour & inspect the trailer and get you hooked up and on your way. When you return, we need about 20 mins to inspect and sign some paperwork. We will meet you in the parking lot of WalMart in Murphy, TX for both the pickup and drop-off. The address is 115 W FM 544, Murphy, TX 75094.Getting underway - We provide a weight distributing hitch with sway control. Your vehicle only needs to have a receiver hitch and 7-pin connector with attached brake controller.Trailer - The trailer comes dry except that we'll ensure one of LP tanks is full. It is equipped with a single deep cycle battery that will power the lights if the RV is not connected to AC power. We provide a sewage hose, drinking water hose with water filter & 50-amp electrical cord with adapters for 30-amp & 15-amp circuits. We also provide leveling blocks that we'll show you how to use during the tour. If you require fresh water, please let us know in the booking request and we'll fill the trailer with fresh drinking water at no charge.There are no furnishings. If you'd like, we can provide sheets, blankets, pillows, towels and kitchenware for an additional fee. We can also provide camping chairs for an additional fee. Please let us know what you need when booking.Security deposit - If the trailer is returned in the same condition it was rented out then we you will receive your entire security deposit. If we need to clean the trailer, we will withhold $120 from the security deposit. If there are no damages then the remainder of the security deposit will be released within 48 hours.
