This van does not include a restroom or bed.

Strictly no smoking and consumption of alcohol or any other illegal substances in the van.
*If returned with any evidence of the above, I will deduct $200 from your security deposit for deep cleaning.
Please return the vehicle as received or there is an additional cleaning fee of $50.00
Pet fee: $20/day per pet.
Commercial insurance is required for the state of New York. Three options are available. Per day $20, $35, or $50 depends on the liability and deductible that is preferred.
