I'm sure that this unit is the reason for an "as is" clause in the contract. The RV was missing the poles to have any kind of table inside and the awning had been torn off in some kind of accident. In order to provide some kind of solution for the missing awning, Elite put a canopy in the storage space for us. When we got this out to put up we saw that it was held together with duct tape and and there were large rips in the canvas. It kept falling down. There are very large stains and some small rips in the upholstery. We had ordered and paid for a kitchen kit to be stocked but realized when we reached our campsite that it had not been put in so we had to drive 30miles to Walmart to buy cooking resources. The kitchen kit fee was returned to us but this was a huge inconvenience. The batteries in the remotes were corroded out and not usable. Part of the screen door that is supposed to slide is also missing. I feel like this is a unit that should be retired out of the fleet. Aesthetics is one thing but when functionality is at stake such as the table and awning, its time for repairs and not an "as is" clause. It was very uncomfortable to return the RV to a lot that was not open and in the area that you are located at. The people are friendly and helpful, but I will not be a return customer.
