It is fully stocked and ready to go with everything you could possibly need to have a relaxing and fun RV trip! (linens, blankets, kitchenware, Keurig coffeemaker, towels, camp chairs, gas grill, 2nd refrigerator & much more). No extra charge. It sleeps 6 (2 adults/4 children, up to about 12 years old) comfortably. The living area couch pulls out into a bed for one person. The dinette makes into a comfy bed as well. It has a queen size bed over the cab that comfortably sleeps two. The master bedroom has a walk around queen size bed and plenty of cabinets for storage and a TV. It has a full size bathroom & shower with cabinets and shelves . The kitchen has the usual, a stove, oven, microwave & refrigerator/freezer. The main living area has a 40 inch LED TV with antenna and DVD Player and can also be connected to cable if available. Outside there is power 20' awning, with lights, screen door, outdoor shower, and outdoor speakers which are operated by the interior radio or CD player. We have 2 slides that extend the kitchen and eating area and the bedroom for extra room when the vehicle is parked at the campsite. It is also equipped with a generator for dry camping, 2 AC's & Gas Heater. We will give you a full orientation of how everything works when you pick it up.
