Bad experience. I was told it would take 30 minutes to do the hand off to walk thru everything if we watched their info video. I watched the video and when we arrived he asked if I had any questions. I said no and he handed me the keys and we were off. I think he should have showed me that everything worked prior to leaving. Instead of 30 minutes it was 30 seconds. We got to our destination only to find out that the power to outlets, tv, and AC were non-functioning. I had no reception so I had to drive our side by side out to a spot to get cell reception. Sam tried to help me get the problem fixed over the phone but ultimately was unable to help me. I ended up taking it into a repair shop to get it fixed 2 days later. After all the headache and hassle it was just a breaker that was flipped inside the generator. They ended up giving us half off which he said was “more than fair”. Honestly if you gave me the option to get half off a rental knowing what I’d have to go through there’s no way I’d take that deal. I feel that if you’re going to be in business renting these out that you should know all the trouble shooting things to look for. It was very disappointing. Next time I’ll rent from an actual Rv dealer.

Could not be happier with our trip. This was our first motor home trip and we were VERY nervous. Sam was very responsive and helpful even during our trip as we were trying to figure out how to do somethings. His YouTube video was a huge plus because it helped us prepare and use as a reference for things like emptying the waste. Sam is very fair and easy to work with. We loved the flexibility of pickup and drop off times. Others we looked at had very tight windows and that just didn't work for us.

This was our first RV experience and it was fantastic! This RV has plenty of room and great amenities. Sam was very responsive regarding scheduling pickup and dropoff and answering questions. We had no issues with the vehicle and would be happy to rent again from Sam and Shelby!

Sam was a delight to interact with. Went out of his way to answer all my questions and work with me to make sure the rental was what we needed. The RV was great, more than we needed and had every accessory we could have wanted. Would definitely rent from Sam again!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We allow pick up and drop off as early as 8 am and as late as 7 pm. We do ask that this time is arranged at least 3 days in advance.
Q.How much time should I allow for the pick up and drop off?
A.
If you watch our tutorial video, the pick up can be as quick as 10-15 minutes, but if you want or need a more in-depth explanation of the various functionalities of the RV, it can take as long as an hour. Drop off is usually only a couple minutes, assuming there were no incidents during the rental.
