2018 Keystone Cougar Bunkroom 31ft

This trailer was functional, but barely for our trip with our family of 4. 1. The floor in the trailer is soft, especially around the heating vent that was already bent upwards creating a trip hazard (especially with little kids). 2. The primary door is so cracked that it is near impossible to get it to latch from the inside, we had to use the bathroom door primarily. 3. The sheets on the main bed were stained. 4. The trailer itself was initially delivered to the wrong site, once corrected and moved to the correct location it was set up not leveled. 5. The sewage smell in the black tank was awful in the bathroom causing us to do a full clean out and borrow a wand to clean the tank, only to find feminine hygiene products stuck in there among other stuff the should not have been there. I do think the water lines in general in the trailer have some type of growth, because the water smelled every time we ran the water for a few seconds. 6. The AC could not keep up with the high temps (104 outside, 96 inside), I would caution use in hot weather. This trailer needs major repairs and cleaning and should not be rented out until completed. Communication with Robyn was great, but most of these were not things that could be addressed while camping. We had poor cell service, so it was difficult to get messages out.
