Kenneth was incredibly thorough and very accommodating. He went over everything with us and we felt very comfortable taking the RV all of the way to Ohio and back without (too much) concern. As first time "RV people" we were so glad to have the ability to ask him anything before and during the trip. We had an amazing time as a family before my daughter went off to college and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better week with my family. Having the feeling of knowing what I was doing and the ability to co tact an expert if I got hung up made all the difference.
