If any signs of smoking, we take the security deposit to purchase remediation and plus other service fees incurred. *Pick up and Drop off times are flexible with a 24hour advance notice. Pick up time as early as 8am and drop off time as late as 7pm for additional fee. **** For delivery reservations**** Dump fee and water fill will not be optional. The fees are going to be added additionall. Either at the end of the trip via the deposit or before the delivery date.
