We have a beautiful 2014 Crossroads Sunset Trail Reserve that we would love to share with your family. This unit has a gas / electric fire place for those chilly nights as well as a TV and DVD / Blu Ray player equipped with indoor and outdoor sound system. The motorized awning has a strip of LED lights that add to the ambiance of the campsite, as well as brightening up the area so you don't trip on anything. There is also a Full outdoor kitchen with a bar fridge, sink, BBQ ( propane that hooks into trailer supply), and cabinets for storage.
This unit comes equipped with a 3 piece bathroom which has plenty of room to move around.
Sleeping accommodations include: one queen size bed that we switched out the trailer mattress with a real mattress, the couch extends into a queen sized bed and the kitchen table folds down into a twin. 5 people can sleep quite comfortably.

Hi Mike and Leah here. We have been camping in RV's now for 5 years. We started with a 22' travel trailer and since have upgraded to our current 26' travel trailer. We love camping all over and trying out new campgrounds. We have camped at the Provincial Parks and very well manicured parks. We use our unit as a couples trailer but we have had friends stay and everyone has been comfortable.
