Crested Butte and Gunnison are just over an hour's drive. Other things to notePets welcome!

Hi, we are the Fite family! We've been full-time travelers since 2016 when we did a 48-state road trip out of our Honda Civic. Since then, we've converted a van and traveled full-time to our favorite spots around the US. We have an eight-year-old daughter and a son who was born Christmas day 2019! Our favorite trip as a couple was to Thailand in 2018.

The van performed great, especially the heater on chilly nights. Mars and Ash were super responsive to questions and requests. Had a great time traveling all over southwest Colorado, would highly recommend and book again!

We greatly enjoyed our time with the van! It was easy to drive, spacious to hang out in during bad weather, and very comfortable to sleep in. Mars and Ash were great hosts and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

I am most impressed with the electrical system in the van. It will recharge a lithium battery when you drive and it is also recharged by solar panels on the roof rack. Then the refrigerator, interior lights, ceiling vent fan, and outlets run on the lithium battery. Very very nice. The bed was super comfy. I thought we'd burn up in July with a comforter, but we opened the vents, ran the fan, and loved the temperature with comforter. There is a one burner butane cooktop which we used for morning coffee and a grilled cheese sandwich. The fridge is a very adequate size. I thought the padded window magnetic shades did a great job. Full sized bath towels are provided. We had a great time. The only bummer was how long the van ceiling lights stay on before they time out, but it's not a big deal.

We rented the Edison for a weeklong camping road trip and loved it! Ash Mars and Jeff were easy to communicate with, super understanding, gave us great tips on places to visit, and even surprised my hubby with a birthday gift. The van was in good condition, was well stocked and easy to drive. Overall a wonderful experience and would definitely rent again.
