Juan was the perfect host! Any concerns or questions we had he replied instantly. He was very respectful and caring. He cared about his renters having a great time and can tell he takes pride in his RVs.
The RV was perfect for our family. It was clean and tidy and had all the amenities you would expect and need. The full size fridge/freezer was excellent.
He had set up the RV so by the time we arrived it was ready to go, therefore allowing us to relax and enjoy our vacation. That included the fridge cold and heating on.
Juan also supplied us a blackstone, lawn chairs, foldable table, outdoor rug and a fire pit with no additional cost. So we didn’t need to pack the whole house with us.
He was very accommodating about bringing our dog.
He also came to take it down and pack it all away with no help.
We highly recommend Juan to anyone interested in renting an RV. We had the best time with no worries.
