-Renter must be present on drop off and pick up for deliveries
-Park admission fees for delivery and drop off will come out of security deposit
-There will be up to a $250.00 excess cleaning fee paid from security deposit if camper is left in poor condition (mud, sand, spills, grease, oil, food, microwave, fridge, ect)

5Nic was awesome! From picking up the RV to dropping off the RV, everything was great! The RV was prepared and clean and pick up and drop off went very smoothly. The owner obviously takes very good care of his stuff and that makes a big difference on the Customer end. Would highly recommend this RV.

5We had a large number of family members in town and needed extra beds. This was absolutely perfect. Nic and his family delivered the trailer, set everything up, gave us the complete run down and even let the kids pick their bed sheets. It was a top tier experience from start to end.
