Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made sure we had an amazing trip and that everything was in working order. I had some trouble getting the couch to convert to a bed and he walked me through how to do it. The RV is brand new and in great working order. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to get around the RV and we slept like a rock.
