Great experience. Dana is super easy to work with.

We (2 adults) spent 6 nights in Dana's Coachman while in town for the Sturgis Rally. We were very comfortable. The Coachman is very simple, practical and has everything you'll need for a short stay. I cooked breakfast on the stove top each morning without issue. The refrigerator kept beer ice cold (no messy camping cooler needed)! The shower had great pressure and heat. I showered in the morning, he showered at night-no problems. There were plenty of linens, towels, products, even a toaster! Communication was always pleasant with quick turn around. We would definitely rent from Dana again.

August 20205

This was our first trip with an RV and it was a good one. Dana was communicative and met us at the Rapid City, SD airport and gave us a good review of how to operate the mechanics, as well as a test drive. The braking time on any RV is much higher than in a little car, and the turning radius is wider, but we found it felt safe and maneuverable. In this age of COVID-19, we felt a lot better being in our own space, mainly cooking our own meals, and having the flexibility as the day went on of staying or going someplace else for the evening. There were plenty of towels, pillows and bedding. One of the beds (the fold out couch) felt like there was a rod underneath the center of the back when it was unfolded, but you can just use it as a couch to sleep on. The dining area converts to another bed, and there's a loft above the Ford cab. Dana equipped the kitchen with essentials like coffee filters and coffee, and the bathroom with niceties like q tips and shampoo. Really thoughtful! The Black Hills and Theodore Roosevelt National Park were a magnificent vacation destination, and we had no problems putting our bikes outside the vehicle at night at camping destinations. The beauty of working with an owner like Dana is that he could arrange for drop off at the airport on a Sunday -- way more convenient than a chain!

This was our first time renting an RV. It was a great experience with Dana. He did a fabulous job walking us through everything and taking the time to answer any of our questions. The RV was STOCKED. Everything from salt/pepper to an umbrella to trash bags (in a 5 gallon bucket because you never know when you'll need a 5 gallon bucket!). The only one thing was the curtains are a light color so the mornings came early, ha ha! But we didn't mind that. Dana also did a great job responding to messages quickly and was very flexible on pick up and drop off times. We couldn't ask for a better experience!
