The front bedroom offers a queen bed with wardrobes on either side of the bed! Privacy curtain separates bedroom and living space. Sleeps up to 4 comfortably, but if you have small children, you could potentially sleep 6. The couch pulls out to a bed, the dinette folds down to a bed as well. All fleece covered for comfort!! Full kitchen with stove, oven and microwave, as well as a refrigerator and freezer. Radio/CD/blue tooth/AUX system with inside and outside speakers, automatic awning with LED lights and ground effects (remote controlled!) make it perfect for entertaining inside or out. Outside electrical plug and cable to watch TV inside or outside (TV not included). Fire extinguisher in living area. Bathroom has a stand up shower, sink and potty. All kitchen dishes and plastic plates, flatware, cooking utensils and small appliances (coffee pot) are there to utilize, as well as outdoor chairs. Two twenty lbs propane tanks. Water and sewage hoses, 30 amps, power tongue jack and stabilizer jacks, one AC unit, heater with LED thermostat. RV toilet paper provided. Linens-$30 fee (or you can bring your own!) Bring your own pillows please! $20 Dog friendly non-refundable fee.It is necessary to have a trailer brake controller in the tow vehicle. The tow vehicle should be a full size truck or SUV with a 2" or 2 & 1/2" hitch receiver to slide the anti-sway system into (if needed). The vehicle also needs a 7 pin round electrical connector for the turn signals, running lights, and brake lights while it is being towed. Last weight-in (empty) for the trailer was 4200 lbs.
