Delivery only. Very clean bunk house travel trailer, has queen size front bed. 2 full size bunk beds. U shape dinette that folds down to a bed. Futon style couch. 2 TV’s, one that mounts under awning. 36”x 36” shower an a exterior shower also. 2 entery doors, 1 into main camper an 1 into bathroom. Pots and pans, coffee pot, silverware, plates and bowls, bedding included. Camper has furnace, AC and water heater. Camper is ready to go. Just needs you, food, drinks and some chairs.
Extra charge of $100.00 to dump black and gray tank. $100.00 dollar cleaning fee. $500.00 security deposit.

Fresh linens, cook ware, dishes, silverware, toilet paper, coffee pot, Air fryer, microwave, oven, full tank of fresh water ( if no water hook up) and 2 outside folding tables.
Recommendations
Find a campground of your liking. Make sure it has 30amp hook up. Having water an sewer hook up is definitely recommended but not required. Reserve the camper and make some memories.
