5.0Great Family Reunion What a wonderful find Duane and his “Home Away From Home” collection was for our family reunion. We rented two of his campers - “Home Away From Home” and “Home Away From Home 2”, where he delivered and set up both at Indian Caves State Park. The campers were clean, everything worked and combined with our own RV we had three days of fun with seven adults and nine children nine and under. He even checked by phone after the first day to see how things were going. Very customer focused and we will use again.

5.0Duane was amazing from the start when we inquired about the RV. He delivered to the location and even set the rug and chairs out prior to our arrival. He checked in to make sure everything was going good and if we had any questions. He was great with communication and service. The propane ran out and for some reason the hot water heater was not clicking over to electric. That is the only reason we gave a 4 for mechanical. We let him know right away and he offered to cover the cost of filling the propane. If we make it back we would rent this RV again. The layout was great and made for a very comfortable stay for a week with 4 people. I loved that we did not need to put beds away to eat and watch TV.
