Hi! My name is Krista, and I am a mother of two, a wife of 15 years, and a teacher. My husband and I bought our tiny camper so that we could pull it with our Jeep. Our kids love camping with us because we have a three room tent and they get to have their own “room” while my husband and I “glamp” in the camper. Our camper is an amazing escape. It is light enough to be towed by vehicles with a 5,000lb tow package! It is very easy to hook up and pull. Its size makes it much easier to back into any spot with ease.We have made so many upgrades and will include enough supplies that it makes every adventure a bit more fun. All you need is your family, food, and a sense of adventure! There is a queen bed in the back of the camper that has a 3 inch foam topper. It is incredibly comfortable. The front dinette folds down into a bed that’s larger than a twin, but smaller than a full. Our 9 & 11 year old share it very comfortably when they do decide to sleep inside. There are lots of plugs and USB outlets. The camper has a shower/toilet combo which is hard to find in a teardrop camper. It’s great for middle of the night bathroom emergencies! We are fairly particular about the black tank, and have only used the bathhouse for all “#2” purposes. The saying “Thou shall not poop in the camper” is common in the camping community for smaller vehicles such as ours since the toilet is directly across from the kitchen. This is our family camper and it is not part of a rental fleet. We would hope you would care for it as if it belonged to you. What's included- We will provide 4 camping chairs.
- The kitchen also comes fully stocked with pots, pans, grilling utensils, plastic plates, bowls, and utensils etc.
- 1-2 rolls of RV toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, disposable cutlery, and some paper plates.
- We include 4 walkie-talkies, two hammocks, several lanterns and flashlights, binoculars, a cast iron griddle, and a beach blanket.
- We have a small fire kit as well! We will provide lighters and fire starters.
- We will always send the camper fully stocked with enough supplies to make s’mores!
- Finally, we also provide an outdoor dressing room that can double as an outdoor shower enclosure.
RecommendationsWe love staying at spots reserved on the Recreation.gov website! They are all run by the Army Corps of Engineers and the camping sites are amazing. We recommend purchasing firewood wherever you will be camping to protect forests from tree-killing pests by buying your firewood locally and burning it on-site. Visit Dontmovefirewood.org for further information.Other things to note-We do not allow smoking of any kind (cigar, cigarette, vape, marijuana use, etc.) in the camper.
-Animals are not allowed. One of our daughters is highly allergic to pet dander. There will be a $100 cleaning fee if a pet is brought into the camper. This fee covers the removal of dander and pet hair after each trip. One of our daughters is highly allergic to pet dander.
-The vehicle’s location will be monitored to prevent theft from a campground or a parking lot, and for roadside emergencies.
-A 2 inch ball hitch and 7 pin RV plug are required. We can provide a brake controller if needed.
-There is a supplemental renter agreement form that must be signed before taking possession of the camper.
-Boondocking is not allowed. You must take this camper to a known campground with shore power for a 30 amp rig.
-The trailer must be kept on paved roads. The only exception being those within a known campground.
-If you are not an experienced camper, please consider the dump fee. If you choose to dump the tanks yourself, the trailer must be returned with all valves open.
-Propane will be measured before and after the trip. The cost is $3.00 per lb.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
My husband and I are teachers, so we follow a school calendar. We are available at anytime of day for drop-off and pickup throughout the summer, but during the school year, we are limited to specific hours.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Electric- You will need to use the surge protector. We have adapters for 50 amp and 12 amp, but many of the appliances will not work without at least 30 amps or a generator. Water- You will need to use the water pressure regulator and water filter when setting up at a campsite. All of these supplies are provided. You will hook the hose to the City Water hookup site. The camper cannot be pulled with full water tanks.

Q.How important are stabilizers?
A.
The rear stabilizers are INCREDIBLY important! The camper could flip backward on the axle if someone were to sit on the back bed without them in the down position. The front stabilizers are for comfort and are not required. They just take a bit of the rocking motion out of the camper. They are easy to use and worth the time it takes to put them in place.
