Our motorhome is a 2019 30 foot Jayco Greyhawk with low miles with JAY ride for easy ride. Fully equipped for all your RV needs. A sound stream radio infotainment dash radio with GPS and CD/DVD players. Remote-control, heated sideview mirrors and backup and sideview cameras/monitors ensure safe, smooth driving.
Featuring a spacious and comfortable kitchen that provides additional slide-out counter space, hardwood cabinets, beautify- crafted countertops and stainless steel sink. Equipped with a 3-burner range with 9,000-BTU SuperBurner and piezo igniter 8 cubic foot, double-door refrigerator, oven and residential microwave oven. The versatile interior makes it easy to accommodate groups of all sizes. Legless dinette table and roomy 84-inch ceilings. Front entertainment center with a 32-inch LED HD Smart TV comes equipped with a cable TV hookup with RG-6 coax. Plenty of extra storage for all your favorite campsite movies and music. A comfy full cab-over bunk with a 750-pound rating. A plush queen-size bed and enjoy the 24-inch LED Smart TV in the bedroom with a sliding door for privacy and plenty of storage. A beautiful stand alone vanity makes it easy to get ready that is separate for the shower/toilet. Bathroom includes toilet with foot flush and a ASB shower. This rig also includes dual 11,000-BTU A/C with heat pump or 31,000-BTU auto-ignition furnace with wall thermostat. This is great for those hot or cold months. Comes with hydraulic leveling jacks, two high-output marine-grade speakers and a 12V electric awning with LED lights. Fresh water tank that holds 47 gallons of water, grey tank holds 41 gallons and black tank holds 32 gallons if you decide to dry camp (no hook ups). . While driving there is plenty of room to move around in cabin while slide is closed. Just bring your clothes & food. That's all you need. Lake Hemet and Lake Skinner are also close by that are great family locations.
Carlsbad, Oceanside, San Diego beaches are all within an hour drive. There are many RV parks located in Southern California. Other things to note- No towing NO exceptions. If you tow you will forfeit your deposit
- NO smoking inside of motorhome or you will forfeit your entire deposit for cleaning
- NO pets allowed or you will forfeit your entire deposit AND any damages will be extra
- NO climbing on roof NO exceptions! Please do NOT go up there. It’s not meant for sitting or hanging out. If you get on the roof you will forfeit your entire deposit AND will be fully responsible for any damages you cause
-ONLY use RV toilet paper (SINGLE PLY) that is provided
- Gas will be full on pick up. Please refill before return or you will be charged the price to fill up plus a $50 fee
- $150 charge if black and gray tanks are not dumped prior to return
- A required $250 cleaning fee will be charged, I will clean the OUTSIDE at no charge
- Not to be used for music festivals or tailgating no exceptions
- One time Prep charge $550 which includes full tank of gas, propane and water

My husband and I thought about purchasing an RV the past years since we would rent so frequently. We finally took the step and purchased our first RV together. We enjoy taking small local trips to the casino, beaches close by and going to visit family in other states. The reason we joined Outdoorsy is to be able to share adventures with other RV's and create relationship with people who like the same things in life as my husband and I do.

Absolutely cannot rave more about our experience with Heather and renting their class C RV. They were so kind and helpful with needing an RV last minute after a previous one fell through. The RV was perfect, clean, and everything worked like a dream. So, so thankful!

Heather and Stephen were great hosts and their Jayco RV is perfect! They go the extra mile to stock the RV with the items you appreciate like utensils, linens, cookware, etc. I unfortunately caused some accidental damage to the top of the RV, but they we're both very nice about the process of getting it fixed. I hope to rent from them again.

We LOVED this RV! It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and the bed was super comfortable!! This was our first time renting and we hope to do it again soon! Heather and her husband are amazing hosts and were super helpful with all of our questions.
