The rig is furnished with a u-shaped dinette that turns into a sleeper, a love seat that also converts. A forward bedroom with a door that separates from the rest of the trailer for privacy. Bunk beds are set up in the back for the kids to enjoy (600lb limit). The kitchen includes, a microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven and a full size kitchen sink. Find yourself sitting outside under your own private awning drinking wine, listening to your outdoor speaker equiped inside the awning for a relaxed setting. This trailer is towable by half tons, which includes: Silverado 1500-3500, F150-F350, Ram 1500-3500, Nissan Armada, Nissan Titan, Toyota Tundra, Ford Expedition (verify your manufacturers suggested towing capacity). The weight of this trailer averages between 6200 - 7500 pounds.What's includedThis RV is brand new and we have added important features like, a back-up camera for towing, bigger sized tanks and weight distribution hitch. The weight distribution hitch makes it easier to tow and reduces that unwanted sway you see trailers get on the road. You will find the trailer to have everything you need to enjoy a great trip.We include and outfit the trailer with the following kitchen items: pots, pans, mixing bowls, pasta strainer, spices, shredder, measure cup, measuring spoons, cooking spoons, spatulas, cutting knives, plates, bowls, cups, disposable coffee cups, corn on the cob holders, marshmallow roastings sticks, steak knives, forks, spoons butter knives, toaster, waffle maker, Keurig.Additionally, we include: Clean and fresh bed linens with pillows, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, trash can with trash bags, mop, broom, hand soap and hand sanitizer.RecommendationsThe hitch-in RV has been known to make appearances in RV parks like Temecula's own Vail Lake KOA. For first time RV renters this is great place to test out your camping roots. The park has a general store, Mai Tai cart that rides around and hookups for you to enjoy the full glamping experience. If you like Casino's and shopping, Pechanga RV park may be your cup of tea. Either way, both will allow you to disembark the park if you would like and enjoy some of the local wineries and Temecula's historical Front Street. Just miles North, Winchester has an RV park called Lake Skinner. The park has pontoon rentals to fish and great parks for the kids to enjoy, including a splash pad. If the beach is your scene, San Diego has plenty to offer. Mission Bay has a protected cove for kids at Mission Bay RV Resort with deliverable options for jet-ski, kayak and paddle board rentals. Other things to note-Damage Protection: It is recommend renters purchase damage protection for the inside of the trailer. Damage protection is $69.00 and covers up to $1,500 in damage, which will protect your security deposit if the damage is under the $1,500. Any damage that would result in excess of $1,500 your security deposit will be used to cover the remainder of the cost and any thing left would be returned to the renter. If damage exceeds insurance coverage and the security deposit, renter is responsible for any remaining repair cost.-Renters are not authorized on top of the trailer under any circumstance.-Delivery of Trailer only, no towing authorized.-Renters are not authorized to play on the ladder.-Smoking, vaping and drugs are not authorized, if traces of any of the following are found in the trailer, renter will forfeit full security deposit.-No cats or rodents.-If renter plans to bring dogs, renter must purchase add-on for the size and quality of dogs. Any trace of animal hair or smell will result in forfeiture of full deposit.Note: Deposits are only a hold, the funds are not removed from a renters account unless damages exists or rules have been broken.
