This is perfect for families looking for a spacious, SUV friendly trailer.
Includes:
~Double Bunks (Because the twin size gets real small, real fast)
~U-Shape dinette conversion slide-out (Comfortable for a group!)
~Queen Murphy bed over couch (couch has cup holders, and murphy bed hides fast)
~Bathroom has shower, sink, and storage
~Two burner stove range, exhaust fan
~10cu fridge/freezer
~Extra length awning
~Ample storage
~Gross weight under 5500lb, 4200lb dry
~Anti-sway weight distribution hitch
~Two 12v batteries to soft power a two night dry camping stay
~44 gallon fresh water tank, largest compared to most, and doesn't need to be completely filled for a two night stay
~We have a brake controller adapted into our vehicle, there is a small possibility to lend it out. Please ask for delivery if you do not have a brake controller. Our vehicle is rated at 5000 lbs and we tow just fine.

Ask about chairs for adults and children. Linen and towels will be an extra fee.
Kitchen utensils are standard, with French press and a couple of pans. Broom and dustpan. Small outside folding table, one outside rug, and one propane camping stove with grill.
Ask about a generator. We just bought a brand new one.
Recommendations
We try local sites to Temecula. Dripping Springs has a nice vibe. Vail Lake KOA, Lake Skinner, and Pechanga RV are other examples.
Many visitors like to enjoy day visits to Old Town Temecula, local breweries, and wineries.
Other things to note
Some or all of the $500 security deposit will be used if we find the renters have broken anything, or mishandled any equipment.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are flexible with pick up and drop off times. You are welcome to pick up the trailer the morning of the day you would like to travel.
Q.Do you offer a brake controller? Anti-sway hitch?
A.
We have a Husky anti-sway and weight distribution hitch for the rental. Our Pathfinder has an external brake controller installed and there may be a chance to install it in your vehicle. Please have a vehicle able to tow 5000-6000 plus. Or ask us to deliver.
