Our Aspen Trail brings all the comforts of home to the great outdoors. Double bunks for children or adults, queen size bedroom with door that closes and couch and table that can convert to beds. Sleeps up to 6 adults comfortably. Flat screen tv with DVD player. Full bathroom. Fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and stove. Air conditioning and heat. Easy to hook-up and pull. Wheel chalks and stabilization blocks included. Propane for the camper is included as well. Adventure awaits you! Just load up and go!!!

We will dump all of your black and gray (aka toilet, shower and sink water and matter) so you can just return the camper and head home. We will do all the dirty work. :) If the black and gray tank are not emptied upon return you will be charged this fee. This is not an easy thing to do unless you have done it many times
We will fill the camper's water tank before you leave. Otherwise you'll have to find a place to fill it up on our own. You will have to have water to use the sinks, shower and toilet.

We had a great experience with Dan. He responded right away and was flexible with meeting times and dates. Went through everything with us and communicated regularly to make sure all the agreements were taken care of. He was honest and very fair. Everything worked great and there were no issues. Was satisfied with the overall service and communication with the owner. The real only issue we had was the fresh water had a terrible odor, as though it had not been flushed out and filled with fresh water in some time. The $100.00 fee to dump grey and black tank seems a little excessive! Plus paid $30.00 for fresh water!
