The host always got back to me within a few minutes. There are a lot of rules which at first seem overwhelming and excessive, but once the trip begins don’t really get in the way too much and just keep the van in perfect condition. This is once of the best/well maintained vans I have rented. Easy pick up & drop off process as well.

We had a great overall experience with the trailer rental! We did run into some temperamental electrical issues, but we were able to work around them with a generator. The host was very helpful, responsive, and made sure he was available whenever we needed anything. Despite the electrical hiccup, we really enjoyed the rental and would definitely rent from him again!
