We had an amazing time exploring Utah's 'Mighty 5' National Parks in Jerry! We had a few minor electrical bugs, but that did not dampen our overall experience or hinder our travel or plans in any way. Devon was super receptive and very quick to answer any questions that we had - from start to finish! We had the best vacation and would do it all again!

Mark is an excellent host who made our pick-up and return process smooth and easy. His Sprinter Van was thoughtfully designed by Thrive Crafted Vans of Spanish Fork, Utah. We spent 12 days exploring Southeastern Utah in Blue Phoenix. It offers plenty of storage beneath the very comfortable, cozy bed. There is a Laveo dry-flush toilet that slides in and out of the bench cabinet. The Victron Energy touchscreen displays the solar panel and battery status and makes it easy to turn the AC inverter on and off as needed. The house batteries provided enough power for interior lights, the fridge, and the induction cooktop. We also used the toaster and microwave. Common sense suggests not running the cooktop, microwave, and toaster at the same time. Additionally, turning on the water heater only while driving allows the van's alternator to power it, which helps conserve the house batteries. Remember to turn off the water heater when you stop; the hot water lasts a long time and stays warm into the morning. We did not need to plug into shore power throughout the trip. During chilly nights, we stayed warm in bed, but in the morning we turned on the diesel heater, which quickly warmed up the van. Blue Phoenix is comfortable, powerful, and fun to drive.
