Very roomy and comfortably sleep 8 people, fully stocked with everything you need dishes, chairs, outdoor mat, and cornhole boards. Delivery only due to it being new and the overall size of the camper. We are near within a hour or so of state parks, Barren River, Nolin River, Rough River And several other state parks as well as Patoka Lake in Indiana. Let’s us know where you book your site we will bring it with schedule delivery for one flat fee
