Lee and Stephanie are amazing, I also got the chance to meet their daughter Raine who was full of fun facts to give us about Maui. Lee sent me a list of great places to eat. Pick up and drop off could not have been better. They are really agreat family that makes you feel so welcome. The RV has everything you need. It is very well set up and drives beautifully. We did the Hanna road and spent 2 nights in the Halekala State Park . We were able to do some wonderful hikes and take them time to return and explore once again the road to Hanna. We were also able to explore Lahaina , the blow hole and much more.

If you rent Lee and Steph’s RV, you will enjoy an easy rental experience. We appreciated the opportunity to drive the vehicle around and stay in it while having a surf day. Upon Lee’s wonderful recommendation, we drove out to a semi-private beach, parked, and swung open the back doors. We didn’t know that this would be one of our favorite features of the vehicle. Upon opening the doors, we laid down, felt the breeze waft in, and lull us to sleep. We enjoyed such a restful afternoon nap and then to the sand and the water. We appreciate how easy it was to find everything and the careful consideration the owners put into placing everything within reach. From cups and plates to the comfortable bedding, bed, and the wonderful toiletries stocked in the bathroom, you’ll find everything you need for one or more days while on the island. As a couple, the RV felt like a playful, adventurous experience. We laughed so much and even danced together in the middle of the vehicle. It was perfect for us and can be such a fun and inviting experience for couples. While the vehicle is beautiful and well appointed, the experience was made even more perfect by the graciousness and generosity of spirit that Lee and Stephanie provide as hosts. From the wonderful recommendations they gave us, to their great attitudes, it was a pleasure to rent from them and to be given a local experience through a kind, generous family.
GREAT EXTRAS include: being able to take a shower from the back of the vehicle or the side using the rinse off hose/shower head as this keeps the van clean, outside van lighting (great when you are surfing late)
Lee reviewed all of the necessary functions of the vehicle with us, including how to use each feature. Everything smelled fresh and clean.
Easy to load boards in and out because they had protective covers.
