2020 Forest River Sunseeker
Make memories in our home away from home! Plenty of fun things to do and places to sleep!What's includedI tried to think of everything you'll need other than your personal belongings and food! Its pretty loaded and if you have kids even better (I have 4 and they need things to stay busy!)
The bedroom includes linens for back half sleeping areas for rv as well as extra blankets.
The bathroom includes 8 towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, and misc supplies. The kitchen will include dining set for 6, Keurig, electric tea kettle, mini waffle maker, toaster, pots, pans, baking trays, cleaning supplies, and misc kitchen supplies.
The main cabin will include linens for front half of RV, games, misc pet items, and a very large collection of dvds!
Located under the RV you will find all the hook ups! Leveling blocks and chocks, 4 camp chairs if you need more chairs just let me know. It will also include a RV outdoor mat, folding table, and tools.
On request we can include, wooden corn hole game, Blackstone 17in grill, and/or a drink cooler. We will go through checklist during walk through. Have questions please ask!Dogs are welcomed we just ask for a pet deposit! Please no cats our baby is highly allergic!RecommendationsTheres so much Alaska has to offer and we are still exploring! We love to visit Talkeetna, Tolsana campground (if you have kids...I highly recommend this place!), Seward, and Quartz Creek campground! Other things to noteFYI: Due to its size not all campgrounds can fit the RV. Just make sure when booking your camp reservation it allows for a 32ft RV.***No driving on dirt/gravel roads! The occasional side road to get to campground is ok (ie. tolsana or trail river). DO NOT take this RV on the Denali Hwy between Cantwell and Paxson, the Edgerton Hwy east of Chitina towards Wrangell - St.Elias National park, The Dalton Hwy. This RV is to be used in Alaska only.NO Smoking or vaping inside RV. If Rv smells of cigarette or the green stuff a cleaning fee will be assessed.
NO climbing on roof
NO fish or game processing in RV. Any smell of fish or game in RV or in Fridge or Freezer will forfeit your entire deposit. please keep all fish/game in cooler under RV in back compartment.
NO heavy smell of campfire, keep windows and doors closed when camp fire is on. A cleaning fee will be assessed if heavy campfire smell is present.
NO heavy odors of any kind. A cleaning fee will assessed.
Any trace of pet waste will be assessed of cleaning fee.
Any items missing or damaged will be assessed for replacement fee.Please return Rv in same condition as received.
Empty black and gray tanks (unless choosing the add on)
