Our property sits on the border of the Kaibab National Forest, and is the perfect isolated, yet upscale getaway. The open floor plan comes complete with fireplace, full kitchen and bathroom, bath tub and shower, big screen TV with DVD player, 1 queen size bed, 2 bunk beds, huge closet space, additional pull out sofa bed, AC and heat, dining area (dinette) and your own private park style grill BBQ that faces the San Francisco peaks. Enjoy the rocking chairs on the patio as you watch the sun set and turn the skies crimson, take your morning coffee down, enjoy the sky full of stars over dinner at the picnic table and play some songs on the ukelele around the bonfire. We're the perfect destination for isolating while hiking, biking and exploring right out of our plot - or just relax and refresh while enjoying your family as you watch the spectacular sunsets overlooking the mountain peaks. Walk out to miles and miles of trails, we're a short ride to the South Rim entrance of the Grand Canyon NP. Arizona Snowbowl Ski Resort and downtown Williams with the just recently opened Canyon Coaster and Route 66 are within an hour distance.Take a stroll with our pony Nugget Star (with her halter and leash on) or put the unicorn decorations up for your little ones :) Nugget enjoy spending time with the kids and getting the attention from them. Spend time with our friendly goats Comet, Pluto and Galaxy too. Please be considerate to our animals and neighbors regarding activities that can produce high level of noise.Consumption of alcoholic beverages and use of illegal drugs are not permitted on the premises.Keep the gate of the animal pen closed at all times (no matter what the goats tell you :P). Do not feed the animals with other food than the food provided by us. If you decide to take a stroll with our pony Nugget Star, you are required to use her leash and to keep her leash on if she is outside the pen. We love our animals, and we would like to share the homestead experience with you. Please take good care of our animals and the homestead during your stay.
