We had a great vacation in the Smoky Mountains with Pedro's camping trailer. This was our first time renting and even vacationing with a camping trailer, and Pedro was very friendly and helpful. He gave us an in-person tutorial a couple weeks before the trip, and then his father-in-law Jorge got us going on the day of. When picking up the camping trailer, we learned our Enterprise tow truck did not have the right hitch receiver, and Jorge went out and got a converter for the trailer right away. Both Pedro and Jorge were good about masks, physical distancing, and RV cleanliness.

We met a nice gentleman, he was on time and hooked up the camper but not in its entirety and the camper was left unleveled. We discovered the coaxial cable missing so we had no cable TV access, the hot water switch was not turned on so we had cold showers our 1st morning. Luckily, despite the minor annoyances we were able to fix all issue with the help of our camping friends without having to contact the owner (no cellphone reception.) It would have better had everything been set up and ready for us especially since we are unfamiliar with this camper. Overall, its an excellent camper for a family of 4/5. Its fairly new, the beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped with coffee maker, toaster, sink, stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator w/freezer and storage. The dining table was perfect (converts in to an extra bed) and the camper was spacious and comfortable. We did have a major issue with the bunks not having a ladder. We did search the camper but were unable to find one. The communication was great and we are sure we would have gotten an immediate response had we contacted the owner had we had cellphone reception at Jellystone Park, Luray. We do recommend this camper to anyone because it was wonderful once it was completely set up.
