Our standard practice is to thoroughly clean and sanitize the RV before every trip. We include everything needed for hooking up to fresh water connections, emptying your tanks (including gloves), and connecting to power when camping with full hookups.
The Queen size beds include mattress protectors and every pillow has a pillow protector. The rest of the linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillow case, and thin top blanket.

Pick up location is within 1-2 hours of the following destinations:
Southern California Beaches
Yucaipa Regional Park
Temecula Wine Country
-No Smoking inside the RV. Evidence of smoke smell/odor, discoloring, ash, or
observation will result in a minimum amount of $500 from your security deposit.
-No Mexico travel (insurance does not allow this).
-No off-road use. Any damage resulting from off-highway use will void your
insurance and cost you money in repairs. We have GPS installed so we will be able to identify any off-road use.
-No towing permitted.
-Driver should be comfortable with driving a large vehicle and take all necessary
precautions: Watch overhead clearance, use spotters for backing up and parking,
avoid bad road conditions, careful of sharp dips and inclines.
-Driver should monitor fluid levels and tire pressures while on your trip.
-RV must stay in “non-freezing” conditions.
-Do not leave the awning out while the vehicle is unattended or in windy conditions.
-No festivals or events.
-Gray & black water tanks must be dumped before return (or a $100 fee will apply).
-Please do not go on the roof. It is for maintenance purposes only.
-SEPTIC SAFE TOILET PAPER is the only item that should ever be used and flushed
down the toilet.
Interior: We provide you with a clean and sanitized RV. Our cleaning fee of $150 is included in the "Prep Fee". We provide you with a broom, dustpan, and spray cleaner to help you clean the RV during and after your trip. If the RV is returned in an unsatisfactory condition (i.e. dirty dishes, dirty fridge, food on counters, sand on floor, etc...) you will be charged an additional fee.
Exterior: You do not need to wash the outside of the RV.
We love dogs and welcome you to bring yours. We prefer a two-dog maximum but let us know if your situation is different and we can discuss it. All guests with dogs must purchase the Interior Damage Insurance Protection. No cats or other pets are permitted. If any linens end up with excessive pet fur that is difficult to remove, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
Orientation at Pick-up:
Plan for one hour (depending on your RV experience) for orientation, walk-through, final paperwork, and hand-off.
Any unpaid tolls or traffic violations during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter.
Any damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle is the responsibility of the renter and the owner has the right to take amounts for damages out of the renter's security deposit. You may want to purchase Interior Damage Insurance Protection at the time of booking.
100 miles per night is included with your reservation. Miles over your total allowed mileage are billed at $0.55 per mile and are taken out of your security deposit.
4 hours per night are included. Overage is charged at $3 per hour.
If RV is not returned with fuel level at or above departure level, you will be charged $10 per gallon to bring it to full and this will be deducted from your security deposit.
You are not required to refill the propane tank when you return. However, if you are on a long trip, or are using a lot of propane, It will be your responsibility to get the tank filled at a gas station as many times as needed.
Pick up and Drop off:
Pick up is by Appointment Only. Renter Must Allow One Hour for Host Orientation. Drop off must be NO LATER than 3pm - we charge a late fee of $50 per hour and reserve the right to withhold this from the Renter's security deposit (In ADDITION, Outdoorsy's Late Fee policy per Outdoorsy Terms and Conditions will apply - This equals a $100 Administration fee PLUS an additional nightly rate if the vehicle is returned more than 8 hrs past the agreed upon time).
We highly recommend the purchase of Outdoorsy's Peace of Mind Insurance Protection. Although we always aim to be available to help answer very basic "how-to" questions for you while you're out on the road, this insurance protection will provide extra support such as 24/7 RV Tech Assistance and Mobile Mechanic service.

We had a lovely trip and our rental was easy and delightful. Sabrina was a great host and no effort spared to make it great. The QR codes located near where we may need them came in handy and the coffee and s’mores kit were extra special touches. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again.
