Main Cottage Details:
The larger of the two, this cottage contains 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen with standard sized appliances, 1 dining room and 1 bathroom (with a soaking tub). The primary bedroom contains a king-sized bed, secondary bedroom contains a queen-sized bed, and the open concept living space includes a pullout (twin sized) and two full sized couches to fall asleep by the large floor to ceiling wood-burning fireplace.Secondary Cottage Details:
The secondary cottage contains 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 small kitchen, 1 dining room and 1 bathroom, with the added bonus of a loft over the main living space! Each of the two bedrooms and the loft include a queen-sized bed with one additional queen-sized bed located in the pull-out couch within the living space. Located 50' from the main cottage, this smaller footprint will surprise you with the thoughtful use of space.Is your group larger than 13 people? Utilize our 3-onsite RV slips with full hookups (30/50 amp electrical/water/sewer)!

Q.What do you ask that guests do before checking out?

Please load the dishwasher, empty the fridge/freezer of your items and place all trash/recycling in respective bins (located to the left of the large house)
Q.What is your pet policy?

We welcome 2 dogs for $100 pet fee. Additional dogs are welcome but are subject to an additional pet fee of $100/2 dogs. All dogs must be on a leash when outside of the cottage.
Q.How will I know if there is a burn ban in place?
A.
We'll inform of any known ban on the day of check in, along with other traditional check in instructions. When in doubt, please reach out!
