Our guests often book our location due to close proximity to river/lake activities, wineries/breweries, Bobcat Stadium/Texas University and nearby wedding venues.Enjoy 15,000 twinkling lights in the backyard, multiple onsite activities (including Jenga, darts, kiddo swing set), and a large open floor plan to foster togetherness.3 acres of a larger 5.5 acre plot is available for the sole use of the group renting this cottage.Cottage details:
• 1 bathroom with soaking tub
• 1 king bed in a bedroom
• 1 queen bed in a bedroom
• Open concept living room with one twin pullout and two full sized couches.The 5.5 acre lot shares a gate and driveway with the next door cottage. Each cottage has exclusive access to their respective side of the driveway (3 acres for this listing, 2 for the next door listing). Reserve both cottages to acquire access to the entire property.We understand the importance of respecting each group's privacy and ensuring a harmonious coexistence. Quiet time is diligently maintained from 10pm to 8am to create an environment where both groups can appreciate the natural beauty and tranquility of our retreat.Need additional accommodations for your large group?

Please load the dishwasher, empty the fridge/freezer of your items and place all trash/recycling in respective bins (located to the left of the large house)
Q.How will I know if there is a burn ban in place?

We'll inform of any known ban on the day of check in, along with other traditional check in instructions. When in doubt, please reach out!
Q.What is your pet policy?

We welcome 2 dogs for $100 pet fee. Additional dogs are welcome but are subject to an additional pet fee of $100/2 dogs. All dogs must be on a leash when outside of the cottage.
