Our guests often book our location due to close proximity to river/lake activities, wineries/breweries, Bobcat Stadium/Texas University and nearby wedding venues.Enjoy a friendly game of horseshoes, table top ping pong or explore the 2 dedicated acres (full of Texas wildlife)!2 acres of a larger 5.5 acre plot is available for the sole use of the group renting this cottage.Cottage details:

• 1 queen bed in a bedroom
• 1 queen bed in an open-air loft
• Open concept living room with (1) queen pullout couch
• 1 bathroom with a spacious showerThe 5.5 acre lot shares a gate and driveway with the next door cottage. Each cottage has exclusive access to their respective side of the driveway (2 acres for this listing, 3 for the next door listing). Reserve both cottages to acquire access to the entire property.We understand the importance of respecting each group's privacy and ensuring a harmonious coexistence. Quiet time is diligently maintained from 10pm to 8am to create an environment where both groups can appreciate the natural beauty and tranquility of our retreat.Need additional accommodations for your large group? Q.What is your pet policy?

We welcome 2 dogs for $100 pet fee. Additional dogs are welcome but are subject to an additional pet fee of $100/2 dogs. All dogs must be on a leash when outside of the cottage.
Q.How will I know if there is a burn ban in place?
A.
We'll inform of any known ban on the day of check in, along with other traditional check in instructions. When in doubt, please reach out!
Q.What do you ask that guests do before checking out?

Please load the dishwasher, empty the fridge/freezer of your items and place all trash/recycling in respective bins (located to the left of the large house)
