There is a hot tub for your enjoyment as well as a beautiful treed grassy area that is private. There are 3 TVs for your entertainment.Other things to note- This is a very quiet neighborhood. The surrounding homes are owner occupied. This is NOT a party house.No fires of any description. It is illegal and you will be fined and possibly face arrest. This includes candles and smoking. Due to recent events the sherrifs department and fire department have 0 toleranceTrash must be placed in the wheeled trash can and moved to the curb for pick up. Do not use trash enclosure.Please leave the front porch and rear deck lights on when you depart.Garage access is not availableThere is no cable or live TV. There is Netflix and Prime.Please do not take glass into the hot tub. Please do not adjust the temperature of the hot tub.There are many unmapped hiking trails nearby. There is a complete open fire ban year round in San Bernardino County. If you light a fire anywhere no matter how small you will be reported to the sheriff and fire department. The neighbors will call. Absolutely NO dogs. We have family members who are hypoallergenic. If the cleaner finds any dog hair we will charge a $500 cleaning fee.
