UPDATE. After reporting all of these issues to James, he reached out to me to make things right. James listened to my feedback and is making several corrections with the camper. He also did everything in his power to correct the wrongs of our trip. I was extremely impressed that he took care of us after our trip. Because of James’ awesome help, I have updated the review score****************************************************************************************************************************Where to begin. I have rented other RVs from Nashville RV before with no issues. If this is any indication of how this rolls with Outdoorsy, I will definitely be renting from reputable dealers before coming here. So, communication was good with James up until pick up. Once arriving I met with James' father rather than James because he was unavailable (no big deal). Upon checking out the RV, it was in rough shape. The exterior had been wrecked (and repaired) on one corner, multiple scratches along the unit. The awning was disgusting. There was no onboard water, nor any gas in the propane tanks (Definitely not a "everything's ready to go" situation). Keys to the unit couldn't be found, so there was no way to lock to door when leaving the campsite. As I walked the unit, luckily I had experience with previous RVs because a "newbie" would have been screwed. The units four corner leveling jacks are garbage. The front ones are bent up and struggled to operate. The rear ones are busted altogether. If you look closely in the listing pictures, the passenger rear has a black string hanging from the jack. That is old electrical tape. It is wrapped several times around the jack to keep it from falling (and working). The opposite side jack is so rusted out that I could almost rip it off the frame by hand. So long story short, no rear jacks to steady the RV, and the front are "D" grade at best. THEN, I looked in the storage compartment. No "black water" sewer line. Had I not noticed this myself and asked for one, it would have been returned with waste left in it. Interior. Pay CLOSE attention to the pics, because I didn't. It's in rough shape. The interior smelled. The handle to the screen door is loose. The blinds are bent and trashed. The "pleather" on the back of the couch looks like a cat clawed it up. The cabinets are dirty with the facing peeled off in places. Lastly...remember back up top where I said no waste hose was ready and that someone would be forced to bring back their "waste". Well...that's what I had to deal with, except it wasn't my families shit. It was other peoples waste that I hauled around BECAUSE THE TANK WAS ALMOST FULL and I didn't know it. So I got the honor of emptying other peoples waste at a truck stop in KY. So...empty propane tanks and water tanks, but a full shitter is what I got. Good Times. TLDR Summary: If you haven't rented before, go somewhere else. For me...it will be the last time I rent from anyone on Outdoorsy without going to see the unit first hand before signing anything. (P.S.) I wish I knew I could have added photos to my review or I would have added all my own pics.
