Complete RV came to our rescue on short notice when our RV broke down and we needed a replacement. They were courteous and responsive and gave us an overall excellent experience!

Owner, Peter would not return my messages then turned me over to Maria to manage the RV without even letting us know. I should have cancelled our trip at that point. Maria wasn't available to do our walk through so she asked us to meet with her son when we picked up the RV even though he didn't know much about it and didn't provide any paperwork.
What was worse was when we picked up the RV and there was front left body damage. The RV was wreaked and no one called us ahead if time to cancel or let us know. If we hadn't had reservation already confirmed and paid we would not have taken it. It was a series of electrical problems from no generator, off and on hot water, back up camera didn't always work, no TVs, broken window, etc.....Maria stated we would get a 450.00 refund since we paid$3600 for the week and had so many problems. To this day her nor Peter have refunded anything. I have several emails and calls without a response back
Never again will we rent from them!!!!! Beware!

Well maintained. Well equipped. A bit dark inside due to dark wood finishes and warm halogen lights. Very spacious because of the 30" slides. Would react again.
