This 35' coach has everything you need to make some unforgettable memories. This coach feels brand new with lots of power, low mileage, top-notch maintenance, and the perfect size for family fun while cruising to your favorite destination.There is a regular length queen mattress in the master bedroom with a Linen Spa 3" memory foam mattress topper and an electric powered drop down studio loft bed (Twin XL). The L shaped sofa converts into a full size bed - max sleeping capacity is 5 adults.There is a half-bath mid-coach, in addition to the master bath featuring a BIG Shower. Two electric slide outs expand the comfort and living space while parked at your favorite campsite. You can kick back in an extendable sectional sofa while enjoying the large Hdtv and electric fireplace. There is a powered awning and an exterior entertainment center with an Hdtv and an AM/FM stereo. Generator, auto leveling jacks, everything you need for a weekend getaway or road trip. This RV is fully stocked, included (bedding for master, towels, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, camp chairs, tables etc.)Easy to drive, oversized electric power mirrors and there is a back up camera to assist parking. Powered by a Gas V10 engine, with 320 HP, it gets about 8 mpg (regular gas). Two separate A/C and heat systems for bedroom and living areas.Super easy to set up and we are available to help with any questions.I can deliver to your destination, set-up and teardown/pick-up for an additional cost.What's includedOwner Provides:

Penalty of $500 if not adhered to.Please dump the holding tanks before returning the coach, or you will be assessed a $150 service fee.Please return with a FULL TANK of GAS with a copy of the refuel receipt. If not there is a $50 service plus $8.50 per gallon to refuel the coach.For those who'd prefer NOT to drive a larger RV, we'll deliver, set up and remove the coach from a reserved RV Site. We had a great first experience with Outdoorsy. All communications went smoothly. The rented unit was exactly as described. The set up was a bit difficult from what I understand however the owner did exactly what was asked. Great coach.
