We had a great experience renting this trailer! The owner was friendly, responsive, and genuinely interested in making sure we had everything we needed for a great trip. He took the time to walk me through the trailer, explain how everything worked, and show me where all the supplies, sheets, and other items we might need were located.

This was our first RV rental. Overall process was good. We were happy with the RV we picked. There were a few minor maintenance issues but apparently renters before us were a little rough on the RV and it was a quick turnaround. I was very happy with the owners communication with us.
I was NOT happy with Outdoorsy at all. They mis-advertised pricing and so rental cost us more than what we planned. This was a complaint that both we as renters and the owner are making with the website.
I would rent this RV again directly from owner but will not use Outdoorsy again.
