Excellent experience renting this van. Very good communication with host. Van was set up well for camping (-just needed to buy food). Easy to drive and park (under 18 ft). Well configured for 1-2 people. Used the van for a 10 day trip to the Sawtooth Mts and Western Washington State. No issues with the van itself. The rental process could not have gone smoother. I'd rent this van again without hesitation. Thank you, Megan, for facilitating a great trip!

The RV was clean. Marcos was accommodating and helpful. I think Outdoorsy customer service experience is difficult. The platform has extremely high fees and terrible Customer Service. But my experience with the seller was great.

Justin was incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. Very communicative with pick up/drop as well as explaining all of the instructions for operating the trailer. The trailer itself is very comfortable and cozy. It also has almost anything you would need for your trip available— he even allowed us to borrow a travel crib for our baby. We would definitely recommend renting from Justin!
