2022 Dutchmen Coleman Lantern

This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. In addition, this will include delivery up to 20 miles of Sioux Falls, SD.

Welcome to your new home on the road! This 29' travel trailer has all the space you need to make a great weekend outdoors.  The trailer has 2 twin size bunks, a queen size bed, a dinette conversion that sleeps 2, and a fold out sofa for sleeping up to 8.  The bunks have a Pac-n-Play Storage door, converting the lower bunk into a large storage area for traveling with lots of gear.  The kitchen has everything you could want including a Gas/AC Refrigerator, 3 Burner Stove, Oven, 5 cup coffee pot, Microwave, and a large pantry for storing all your snacks and meals.  For spending time outdoors, the trailer has a 24' awning as well as provided patio mat for setting up a large patio area to enjoy the great outdoors. 

The trailer has a 36 gallon fresh water tank or you can use the city water hookup.  Other utilities include cable TV/antenna hookup for your TV, two 30 lb propane gas tanks, and 30 amp electric service.  The trailer is easily towed with a 1/2 ton pickup as long as you have a brake controller and a 7 pin round electrical hookup.  Delivery is available upon request.

Included with the rental is a fully stocked kitchen with all cookware, plates, and utensils, coffee pot, fresh linens for the bunks and queen bed.

Camper comes with a 2" Receiver Weight Distribution Hitch.  I also have an adapter for a 2.5" receiver.  I do not have a separate brake controller, but some trucks do come with this included (please check your manual)

Lewis and Clark Recreation Area is about an hour south of Sioux Falls and has some amazing campgrounds as well as recreation options, complete with a large lake, hiking trails, swimming beaches, and more.  
• Newton Hills State Park has great hiking, biking, and exploring and is less than an hour away from Sioux Falls.  
• Further west, KOA a Pulmers Gultch is right beneath Mount Rushmore in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota.  The campground has a ton to do and the views are beautiful.

Lightweight 1/2 ton towable camper with lots of storage and amenities.   Due to it's light weight (4698lbs Dry Weight, 5995lbs Loaded Weight), this camper can be easily towed by smaller vehicles such as larger SUV's and light 1/2 ton trucks.  If you have never rented or pulled a camper before don't worry! I will walk you through everything and have all of the needed equipment to tow the unit as long as you have a tow package with 7 pin wire connector and a brake controller on your vehicle.

Living area has a transformative dinette. It can be a standard booth seating for a 2-4 people, or flip the top for more seating and become a corner booth for 6 persons. When needing more sleeping space, drop the table down into an extra bed able to fit 2 adults.

The living room couches folds down to another bed able to sleep up to 2 (small) adults and has storage below with extra bedding. Indoor electric fireplace to keep you cozy in the early spring or fall and helps to minimize propane usage by far.
--When heating the unit, propane dwindles fast so electric fire place saves a lot of money. The first tank is included, additional tanks and refills are the guest responsibility.

The front bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is an upgraded mattress on it to make it full length. This limits walking space but makes sleeping way more comfortable. Dual sided closets for hanging clothes. Dual sided night stands with outlets and a drawer for personal storage.
--AC has a hard time getting to the front room so a box fan is provided to help flow air back there.

Double door closet for hanging clothes, shelving for personal storage, and a 3 drawer dresser.

All windows have blackout shades for privacy and sleeping in, as well as keeping it cool on very hot days.

Your outdoor space is an extension of your living area at just a push of a button with an electric, 20 foot, retractable awning equipped with super sweet LED outdoor lighting (no need to pack or untangle string or rope lights anymore). The outdoor also has speakers that can be controlled separately than the indoor speakers as not to interrupt the party poopers inside.

2015 R-Pod R-Pod Trailer

Hey folks!  You will be impressed with my 2018 Ice Castle RV edition!  Intended to be used in the middle of summer or on a frozen lake in the winter this unit features all of today's modern amenities in an 8x17 ft unit capable of being pulled by a half ton pick-up truck or SUV with a 2 inch ball.  The unit weighs 5,360 lbs and has electric brakes. Requires round 7 pin electrical receiver connection on tow vehicle.  Receiver hitch available on request free of charge.  Amenities include roof top A/C, refrigerator, microwave, three burner gas stove and oven, hot water heater, stand-up shower, flushing toilet, retractable awning, LED lighting and city water hook-ups.  A 2000W or 3600W gas generator is also available for an additional charge ($50 per night).  Two dinettes; one converts to a lower bunk bed while the other converts to a full size bed. Sleeps a total of five adults comfortably.  I am 6'1" and fit nicely in all bunks!  Rear dinette has a bay window which allows for 270 degree seating.  Unit lowers to the ground making it solid as a rock and provides for easy entry/exit with no stairs.  No jacks to mess with either, just a winch on each wheel and one on the tongue.  An electric drill is provided as well making raising and lowering effortless.  It is a very comfortable, well built and reliable unit which will add great memories to your next adventure.  Unit is well maintained, everything works and is very well taken care of.  Fire extinguisher, smoke, carbon monoxide and propane leak detectors are installed and all have fresh batteries.  Unit is equipped with basic cooking utensils so no need to bring your own.  Bring your own pillow and sleeping bag/blankets and you are ready to go.  Depending on my schedule and your intended destination I am willing to deliver and set-up prior to your arrival for an additional mileage cost of $0.70 per loaded mile.
