As you go out of the bedroom you will enter the dinette, kitchen area, & restroom.The kitchen is a slide out and is fully equipped with a stainless steel sink, microwave, residential refrigerator, oven, and stove. The dinette area has a double bench seating area that can convert into sleeping accommodations for two. Next to it is a sofa that can also fold down into a sleeping area for two. The dinette and the sofa are all part of the slide out of the unit. When the slide out is "out," it opens the unit up so you have plenty of room. In the back of the unit is the bathroom and the double bunk area. The bathroom is well equipped with a shower, a tub and a foot-flush toilet with washstand.The double bunks have Teddy Bear Mattresses and are roomy enough for 5 kiddo’s or 3 adults. this unit is cable ready and has a Hdtv in the Entertainment center. It also has an AM/FM CD player as well in the Entertainment center. Outside the unit is a 10ft Electric Awning and an outside kitchen with a sink, grill and refrigerator. This unit is 40' in length and sleeps 9 people. It is also equipped with two 20lb LP Tanks that will always be full when you retrieve the unit from us. The weight of this unit is 8,870 lbs.
