Our trailer is for Delivery Only to sites with full hookups.
We will consider reservations for boondocking/dry camping on a case-by-case basis. Keep in mind that we have a small grey water tank (30 gallons) and you will need to pay an additional fee to dump the wastewater.
We will not accept reservations on the beach/dunes.
This is our 2004 travel trailer. Despite the age, the trailer is in beautiful condition, with an interior that has been given a new take on life. Our family has made great memories in this trailer, and we are hoping to share the experience with you.
Inside, at the front, the trailer features a queen bed with plenty of storage and a collapsible wall for privacy. The dining area is equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and A/C unit. There is also a couch that can be folded out and be used as an additional bed. Additionally, the back of the trailer includes a bunk bed area. The lower bed is a full size, and the upper bunk is a single. A word of caution with the shower; it was not built with tall people in mind. So for our taller renters, you may have to crouch slightly to use. The interior has been freshly painted, new curtains, beautiful bedding, and has plenty of storage.
The outside of the trailer features a large awning to offer its occupants plenty of shade. An outdoor propane connection is built into this trailer, making great use any outdoor stove with a quick connect. An outdoor stove can be provided for a fee. This trailer features an outdoor shower.
What's included
Fresh linens for the queen bed, towels, cookware, eating and cooking utensils, plates, cups, bowls, a Keurig style coffee maker, French press, camping table, and outdoor rug are all available. Let us know if you have require additional camping supplies (ice chest, dog crate, fire pit etc..) and we will try to work something out.
Please note: we do not provide any bedding for the bunk beds. There is a twin and full-sized mattress which will have a mattress topper only. No bedding will be supplied for the two bunk beds. Renter will need to bring own linens for these beds.
We can provide the following if requested at booking for no additional cost: an outdoor table, an outdoor rug, a wood fire ring, basic camping chairs, outdoor trash, and recycling bins.
Other amenities can be provided for an additional charge--see add ons.
Recommendations
The central coast offers much to do. Hiking, mountain biking, and other leisurely activities are all within a short drive anywhere in San Luis Obispo county. At the northern part of the county, Paso Robles offers world-renowned wineries.
Along highway 1, there is a scenic drive where you can stop and view the elephant seals camped on the beach, hiking and beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean at the Montana De Oro State Park, or visit some of our charming small towns (Cambria, Morro Bay, and Cayucos). You can also catch a tour of the famous Hearst Castle.
Moving south, the city of San Luis Obispo (SLO) has a myriad of restaurants, pubs, breweries, and mountain biking trails. The beautiful downtown also contains bubblegum alley and the mission of SLO.
5 cities area features the village of Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, and Pismo Beach Pier.
Other things to note
Well-behaved pets that are bathroom trained are welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the trailer.

Had a great time in his RV. It was our first time camping with our baby so it was definitely nice to have the extra space. I feel like Jason and his wife really thought of everything, from cornhole boards to a foldable table and even a DVD player with TONS of selections. They were punctual and super friendly. Easy communication and quick to walk us through any questions we had.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I will always do my best to accommodate pick up and drop off times requested; however, I do have a full time job and that may dictate the times I can deliver and pick up.
When booking the trailer, please communicate your needs with me so I can try to meet your needs.
Q.What is included with delivery/set up
A.
We provide a clean, sanitized trailer, with clean linens and dishes. We will assist in bring out camp chairs, outdoor grill, outdoor table, firepit(If applicable), outdoor rug, provide instructions in using the trailer and awning operation. We will connect electrical, sewer, and water as neccessary.
Please note, we bring out the items, but it is the renters responsibility to set up the items.
