Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Standard pickup: 2pm

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

Detailed instructions will be given upon check-in and basic set of instructions in rv.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Detailed instructions in rv with clear labels and owner will provide a run through on day of rental.
Electric: 25ft cord. 30amp hookup.
Water: 25ft hose. White hose only for clean drinking water. Labeled city water
Black tank (poop): black pipe. wait until tank is 2/3rd full to dump to prevent clogs. (level check is next to stove).
Gray tank (soapy water sink and shower): dump after black tank to help rinse out black line
