During the 1950s, a dam was to be built on the grounds, but this plan was soon abandoned due to fears of its construction causing an earthquake.

Daniel was awesome from the very beginning to the drop off after out trip. He was super accommodating with the pick up and drop off, super flexible. The van was all we were looking for, new, clean, the beds and the pop up were very nice to have. It drove fantastic even in the pouring rain. Best experience!!! The host, James, excels in communications, walking you through things that you don’t know. This van is stocked! Bring your towels and personal items but other than that, this van has it. We took it to a remote bike race and we were off grid for over a week without a problem!
