1.0The RV itself was generally nice, but it was not well cared for or accurately represented. During the walkthrough, we noticed multiple issues: the touchscreen was cracked and unusable, which meant we could not connect to CarPlay, use it for navigation, or even turn the monitor off at night to prevent glare while driving. The backup camera only worked intermittently, the awning was already broken, the oven did not work, the driving air conditioning and heat did not work, and the steering was misaligned. The mechanism holding the bed above the driver’s seat was also broken, which felt like a legitimate safety issue. Having something above the driver’s seat that was not properly secured was concerning, especially while driving. The representative told us she had slept in the RV the night before to make sure everything worked, but that was concerning given how many issues were present at pickup. She also stated that she was the one who cracked the touchscreen. After our trip, we were informed that they were pursuing a claim against us for the awning, despite the awning already being broken and noted before we left. That was extremely frustrating and felt unfair, especially given the number of pre-existing issues with the RV. Overall, while the RV had potential, the condition, lack of transparency, safety concerns, and post-trip claim experience made this a disappointing rental.

5.0My wife and I wanted to rent an R. V um did so through outdoorsy and fireside, and the experience with the people from fireside. Especially, it was fantastic. The only thing that I would raise as an alert is that the rv we were supposed to use was return damaged from another person and we were unable to use it. And did not find out until the day before, we were supposed to get it. The gal at fireside did everything that she could to fix that situation we wound up using a different unit, but just a heads up, this does seem to have come up The gal at fireside did everything that she could to fix that situation we wound up using a different unit, but just a heads up, this does seem to have come up.
