We’re a Bainbridge Island-based van rental and adventure travel company founded by longtime Pacific Northwest residents. We spend most of our free time exploring and playing in our own backyard, (aka the Olympic Peninsula) and why not? It’s one of the most amazing places on the planet, right? PacWesty may substitute a vehicle other than the one originally reserved by Renter at any time. This is done primarily to conduct unforeseen maintenance and/or repairs but can be done by the Company for any reason. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions which are part of the Rental Agreement and acknowledged and accepted by Renter once the Booking Deposit is paid.

Cancellation policy custom
• If Renter cancels 60 days or more before Rental departure, one-half (50%) of the Booking Deposit will be refunded to the Renter.
• If Renter cancels within 60 days prior to Rental departure none of the Booking Deposit will be refunded.
• If the Renter cancels within 30 days prior to Rental departure, none of the payments made to the Company will be refunded.
• If Renter forfeits fees due to a cancelation by the Renter, Renter shall have 12 months to reserve and commence an alternate Rental. In such case 80% of all forfeit (non-refunded) fees shall be credited to the alternate Rental. Such alternate Rental is subject to vehicle availability.

You will be charged additional fees if you go over:
- 126-250: $0.65 per mile
- 251+: $1.30 per mile
