Hello this RV is perfect to make your next family vacation memorable! Perfect size and easy to drive. We love the cruise control on it. We enjoy it greatly, so we keep it well maintained and clean! This RV has a 55gal gas tank, a 50gal fresh water tank and a 39gal grey/black tank. It has a great floor-plan with large windows to add an extra-large feel that can sleep 6 or 8 if small kids. The kitchen area has nice counter spaces to prep for meals! There is plenty of storage outside and in. Relax and unwind after a day of play. The Rv has 2 flat screen TV’s with blue rays, and a comfy queen size bed. Kids love the overhead double bed above the cab which doubles as a nice play area or movie watching spot! Still in need of more sleeping room? There is a comfy sofa (doesn’t pull out into bed)! Also behind captain chairs the kitchen table to a small double bed. We have clean bedding also available for use as well for an additional fee.
We love our service members, ask us about our military and public service discounts available.
We can also provide a drop off/set up for additional fee.NO smoking ever in rv please!!!!I rent to US residence only for insurance reasons.* We require everyone who rents our RV to get a binder through your insurance company which is $15 for the month. It keeps you fully protected in the event of an accident.**The RV will be rented out with a full To 1/2 a tank of gas, empty grey/black tanks. The unit must be returned in the condition it was rented to you clean, with a full-1/2 gas tank (whatever was amount in tank when picked up) and empty grey/black tanks. Shade awning is currently broken awaiting parts. So no shade cover available. This is our baby and we want everyone to have a great experience. Please ask me if you have any questions. Happy RVing.

Any questions about this, please ask, exceptions can be made with approval. (Rental is per night) If returned after return time without written authorization, a fee will be charged. RV not to be driven in excess of 70 mph for safety. Minimum rental age is 25. We are flexible on the return time when we don't have the RV booked out, so plan on having the RV back to us by 11:00 a.m. unless we confirm with you that there is no booking for the date of your return, in which case, we can agree to a different return time. If you do not get the RV returned to us in time, and we have to rush to have it cleaned, inspected, and ready for turnover, we charge a $200 late fee for the rush. If you return it past noon, we charge the $200 late fee plus $179 for an extra night's booking. But you can arrange ahead of time a later pick up. I do a 4 hour late drop off for an extra $60 for the day it’s due back but need to know ahead of time. If you bring back the tank full, there will be no extra charge. If you do not, we will charge $5 per gallon to fill it up. Although we don't expect you to bring it back immaculate, and we know camping comes with some level of dust and dirt, if you bring the RV back unreasonably dirty (e.g., piles of dust, trash everywhere), we will charge an additional $250 to have it sanitized and detailed. If you are in a collision and it is your fault, insurance will cover the damages (up to their limits). If it is the other vehicle's driver's fault, you must get the insurance information and contact information of the other driver and take photographs of insurance cards, driver's licenses, and vehicle damage so we can hold the other driver's insurance responsible. Basic cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, bedding, towels, etc. are supplied with motor home are included for your enjoyment. Fuel tank and propane tank are to be full on delivery and are to be returned full. Motor home to be returned in clean condition as received. For safety reasons please turn off propane tank while driving rv, i am told all people should always do this. Please absolutely NO smoking. Thank you for your time.
