Very homey feel. Secluded master with sliding doors for a little more privacy. Triple bunks in the bunkhouse in the rear. U-shaped dinette converts to bed plus there is a fold out love seat. Roll-out awning. 2 slides on driver side to increase bunkhouse and living room size. Full indoor kitchen plus outdoor kitchen with sink, stove, fridge and storage. 2dr entry: Living and Bathroom, for entering while wet or muddy.Welcome all ranges of experience. I want a safe and confident experience for both your family and mine, and maybe even develop enough trust to continue working together in the future.Pending reservations are not final on the availability calendar. If your desired dates are during another pending time period, application is still acceptable. First deposit received is the decided renter.

We only make it out camping about one weekend a month, two max, and I’d like to see our camper get some more usage. Cleaning Fee
Not Required if renters clean up after themselves. We do not expect a spotless return, but in extreme situations the fee may be applied. ie... mud, trash, or food found throughout camper. Just clean up after yourself and everything’s gravy!

Site delivery ($1/mile, up to 50 miles one way, to include 2 round trips for driver)
If I am available, I am willing to deliver to your campsite or location up to 50 miles from Baytown for a fee, plus any fees your site has for late pick ups. I can deliver on the first evening of your camp or event(to conserve the number of nights you have to reserve), or the evening before for your immediate availability the following day if preferred(will require additional night on reservation). All delivery and pickup times are after 4pm so campgrounds, parks, or venues with fees for late departure will need to be covered by renter.
