This van was converted prior to me purchasing it. You can sleep 4 people: 2 on top and 2 below. The back seat has seat belts for 2.What's includedVan comes with a sink, mini fridge, stove, 2 pillows, sheets, comforter, pots, dishes, and utensils. For an additional fee, you can request some camping chairs, cast-iron pans and a Coleman foldable kitchen set-up.RecommendationsGreat for camping at the beach, mountains or desert. No need to pay for RV spaces at campgrounds. You can pull in to a regular tent site and not worry about pitching a tent. I also have a membership to nearby campground if you're interested in staying local. Other things to noteNo smoking. Pets are allowed; however, van must be returned clean with no signs of pet hair. My family is allergic to pet hair. If not returned clean, there will be cleaning fees ranging from $25-$150
