Delivery Only!Thanks you for looking at our trailer, "The Black Pearl". We are a family of 6, husband, wife, 2 sons and 2 doggos. We love to go camping, but since our two boys are so young and close together it's hard to tent camp, since it gets pretty intents.. bu dum chi.. Sorry bad dad joke haha. Anyways, we figured since we love camping and getting outdoors we would make it easier on ourselves and get a trailer so we can enjoy it all, get the boys out of the elements if need be and allow them to get their naps in to have the most fun possible! We love going to Yucaipa Regional Park or Newport Dunes where they have full hookups! We do have alot of add ons to make your trip easier! All the basic essentials are included such as; kitchen utensils, plates, drinking glasses, pots, pans, some bakeware, cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink, 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels, bedding for all the beds, bathroom essentials included, there are hangers in all the closets,4 fold up chairs.If you cannot dump at your site or return emptied there will be a dump fee of $50What's includedThe Black Pearl is hooked up with two entertainment centers, one in the main kitchen area that has a built in fire place and another separated with a door in the back for the kiddos, stove, oven, huge fridge outside kitchen w/ grill and mini fridge, so you don't have to run inside for your beverages as well as an outdoor shower! You sent have to worry about storage, there's plenty all around including a pantry and storage under the owners quarters queen bed with nightstands and wardrobe!RecommendationsNewport dunes is a wonderful place off our beautiful West coast, take bikes to ride around with the kids and watch the beautiful sunset! Or go to Yucaipa Regional Park where you can go to the lake, go fishing, paddle boating or to the water park where they have a beach and slides!Other things to noteNo smokingNo use of ladder or walking on top of travel trailer, this is for trained professionals because the roof can be damaged.Please return as you found it, excessive cleaning will result in 100$ chargeWe have extra packages if you would like to include any of these let us know and we can have it packed away for you!HAKUNA MATATA PACKAGE - 10$ per night -

The owners went above and beyond to accommodate and I think we have been spoiled! My previous reservation canceled on us last minute so Sean only had 2 1/2 days to prep the trailer for us. They stayed for over 3 hours setting up and made sure everything was in working order. The trailer and everything inside was brand new! The owners thought of every little detail to make our stay comfortable and stress free. We will definitely reserve Sean’s rv for our next adventure!
